This hop variety is a “classics” in craft brewing. It was bred in 1596 by the USDA of Fuggle & Serebrianka and was released in 1972. This hop could be used for either adding a distinctive flavor to your beer, for rendering a certain degree of bitterness or – ideally – for dry hopping.
